What's the best way to share static files between apps?
Let say I have 'wiki' and 'blog' applications both using the same css:
\applications
\wiki
\blog
\static
\css\bootstrap.min.css
if the css file is within an app I just use
URL('static','css/bootstrap.min.css') to get the css
', 'static',
'css/styles.css')).

I know the book is on Github, even, not sure what are the correct links
should be.

The above are some I found, I do not check all. I'm new to web2py, and I
encounter the above in my first few click and this gives not good feeling
about web2py.

Just downloaded the Mac app package. The error when I run the app:
OSError: [Errno 20] Not a directory:
