Yes, I was redirecting on non-accepts and yes, I can confirm that that
was what was causing the problem. The redirecting actually went to the
same page with a different argument, but I have done the same thing by
setting a session variable. Anyway, I didn't realize that the
redirection on fail was going to be a problem. I think I missed this
in the doc. Where exactly is it documented?
