On a fresh creation of an application, the wizard works great. Consider the case a user does modifications to the views, menu, controllers generated by the wizard. If the user wishes to create an additional table using the wizard, I noticed that the the modifications are overwritten. This is undesirable. Thankfully for me, I have version controlled my code and I can remedy the situation by doing some diff-ing and merging.
I think it would be a commendable improvement for the wizard if the end user is allowed to do some diff-ing and merging if there are already relevant files present. This is a big feature request so I don't expect it to be done anytime soon :)
