web2conf is very old. Have you looked into conf2py?

No, I didn't tried conf2py yet, but we upgraded and cleaned up
web2conf, so it is not so old nowadays.
Anyway, I'll take a look to conf2py, as I need the registration
payment mechanism and a slightly better review workflow.
