why does putting the IS_NOT_EMPTY() at the end doesn't produce
dropdown
The oreder is important because validators are filters.
requires=[A,B,C]
input - A - B - C - database
database - ~C - ~B -~A - output
You get a dropdown if there is a single validator that has an options
attribute.
