Older version used to work. I do not have python installed on my machine.

Note, the web2py.exe file does not use the Python installed on your system
but instead includes its own Python interpreter. If you already have Python
installed, you're probably better off just running web2py from source (it's
just as easy -- just download and unzip the source package and run th
just a suggestion, if you had python installed on your machine, why not use
web2py source then?
