I'd like to use syslog <http://docs.python.org/library/syslog.html> from my app. However, it's a .so on my system, so I can't see what it is and how it works, exactly.
So my question is: If I open syslog and use it, and don't close it, will it get closed when my controller exits and the object is (presumably) destroyed? A related question: is there a hook by which I can guarantee to get called at the end of a controller transaction? Or does that even make sense? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py-users" group. To post to this group, send email to web...@googlegroups.com.
