[GTK][WPE][GPUProcess] Assertion failure during initialization

Initialize the gbm_device for the render node of the main device as
GPUProcess::initializeGPUProcess() to ensure its creation in the main
process thread.

(WebCore::DRMDeviceManager::initializeMainDevice): Initialize the GBM
render node device.
