Javaconverter where to find it?

Hi, I'm looking for a way to keep convert some objective-c source code to java source code(iphone app to android). I've come across some references to "JavaConverter" but can't seem to find the actual program. It appears that it only comes with WebObjects, but I don't have access to that. So my q
