Does anyone know if the url qualifier for ERXRestFetchSpecification can use a
timestamp column and if so, how would you format those query parameters? All of
my attempts to create one have come up empty.
Qualifier example given: qualifier=firstName%3D'Mike'
Desired: qualifier=start<'2014-03-01T1
