For that to work, you need to stick ERXModernizr in your page wrapper and a
copy of the modernizr script in your project. You can specify the location of
your app’s modernizr script with bindings or a property in your properties file.
My project template should have a copy of modernizr 1.7 in it

Yeah, that whole thing with the WONDER build version possibly being the issue
