I put together a little example for you.

It has 3 commits. The first commit is just a basic woapp generated
using my woapp archetype
https://github.com/nullterminated/woarchetypes
The second adds everything you need to convert that base example to a
ERD2WModernLook application. The third adds the H2Database and
ERMoviesLogic so you you actually see the example do something.
Obviously, you wouldn't be doing this in real life, but it's there just
to demonstrate the thing is working.
This is all based on the ant ERModernLook project template from Eclipse.
The buttons don't look quite right in my browser, I'm not sure why. The
navigation menu seems to be emptyish. I probably missed something
setting that up... but this should be a good starting point in any case.
