"stdFramework" xml failure

When I build a component based application using the build.xml I get success. When I try with a D2W project I get this error: build.xml:105: woapplication doesn't support the "stdFrameworks" attribute Has anyone else experienced and solved this issue? WO = current OS = 10.5.8 Eclipse = 3.4.

Mike, I created the D2WS project and realized that the WebServicesAssistant didn't work so I manually created the rules via Rule Modeler but with no luck. If this should work then I'd better figure out what could be wrong with my rules. Do you think this method is worth pursuing? Thank
