Yes, the SiteConfig.xml is the same. Usually, I put the Wonder versions in /Library/WebObjects/JavaApplications (or /opt/Local/Library/WebObjects/JavaApplications if it's on Linux) and I change the startup scripts for wotaskd and JavaMonitor to use the Wonder versions. We are running the Wonder
