It looks like you are installing Eclipse 3.5 (Galileo) with WOLips 3.4.
This does not work.
You need to install Eclipse 3.4.2

Try again tomorrow. I got this one day and then not the next day. I
think one of the webservers that Eclipse is trying to connect to get
fetch files is down.
