Previously it was needed to create an account at
https://www.libreoffice.org/ForumMemberProfile/register
and then ask on this list for access to the CMS.
Now that page is not found.
What is the current procedure?

came up. We link to the 'Fresh' page from the front-page of
libreoffice.org, and while we do provide a link from the Fresh page to
the Stable version, said link is pretty small.
