As mentioned in r#1119, the code should be pushed on a test VM to confirm
the change works on the TDF infra.
I used to check on gerrit-test, but this VM seems down ATM.
I "just need" a VM with ~2Gb space for the core repo and mail-sending
capability
If the process has changed, I am happy to learn.
