Can that guy otherwise be blocked. That he at least should make a new
account. I REALLY don't want to tollerate this. If we tollerate this
then it is going the wrong way.

We have a problem with a aggressive user on bugzilla. Can you remove the
bug he made as well as the user?
The bug is 70636 and the user is "Fuck Registration"
