An autodetection оn the download page (http://ru.libreoffice.org/download/) of
the Russian site doesn’t work, and dropdown lists for a choice of language and
OS don't work to.
The site administrator (Dmitry Mazhartsev) cannot fix the problem himself.

Could you clarify please whom do we expect?
And, I think, that this person should be informed that this plagin doesn't
work on following sites too:

Yes, it was on the server (git conflict markers in the javascript)..
