You're right, however we don't know for sure that all releases would always be at same time. What we need is a "notification bus"... that might be the same idea of the global app menu, showing on the corner of fedora wiki, apps, websites ? Just an idea, not sure people woumd get the info right a

I got a number of complaints that top-level https://getfedora.org/ has no indication that we just had a new major release. I'm generally in favor of the idea that we don't need to redo this every time, but maybe we could have some sort of overlay, banner, or ribbon that shows off the hot new thing?
