You are probably running into an issue where in apache 2.0 package is
removed. You can remove apache 2.0 packages as well as remove
SUNWapch22* packages and (re)install the same from nevada build 89 or so

If I run the sed script part of the fix on a Ruby installation on
OpenSolaris I lose the double quote (") from the end of the string being
assigned to CONFIG["configure_args"]
I think the following line has the closing (escaped) double-quote missing:
-e "s/CONFIG\[\"configure_args\"\
