Hi Rahul, From a quick first pass and based on those that I read and take part in on sfwnv-discuss: I'd suggest updating all of the Copyright headers of the changed files to 2009. You could also adjust the CDDL headers to be exactly as they are here: http://src.opensolaris.org/source/xref/on

Ok I after I got some mails with responses to this topic I got jsp working with apache 2.2. I did not need to modify any configuration files! I just needed to start the tomcat service with pfexec /usr/apache/tomcat/bin/startup.sh ( use pfexec /usr/apache/tomcat/bin/shutdown.sh to stop tomcat)
