Regarding your general comment - I have seen and used Web Stack options
GUI. This doc evolved over a span of several builds and I might have
missed some steps. But in the doc. I couldn't find the place where I
have asked anyone to download NB. But will look again.

to PHP' pre-configured.
I know NB users need not download the PHP plug-in separately when using
