Did you try to use PHPMyAdmin from webstack repository as Jyri mentioned
? I was able to get it to work fine without needing mcrypt.

would not be possible to use PhpMyAdmin.
Is there any other tool to administrate user-friendly MySQL?

Check out the blog article below, phpMyAdmin has been in the Web Stack
repo for close to a year now. Packages in the project repo have no
formal support but feel free to use it
