I set w4py.org/downloads to read from /var/www/downloads (without
involving Webware), which is writable by anyone in the wwadmin group. I
can't justify SF's annoying mirroring for a 10K package that only a
segment of Webware users would download; for the full Webware package I
don't know if we should serve off w4py.org or not; probably not.
