global changes, like adding new Kits and stuff like that. (IMHO)

I added release notes for the (upcoming) 0.8 release. By "upcoming" I
mean "has to happen someday". It seems like the only place we describe
the changes that have been made. I've put a couple entries in, if
anyone else remembers something that has been added since 0.7, please
make note of that
