I've been running Weewx 4.8.0 rpm on Rocky Linux 8 for a while now. Runs 
well.

I am testing weewx on Rocky Linux 9 and put up an experimental el9 weewx 
package here:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/kni/weewx-el9/

However, I have run into an issue with the SDR driver on el9. Maybe has to 
do with the newer Python. Not sure yet. Before I go any further, I've 
ordered a second sdr radio, so I don't have to take down my production 
system to test.
