unable to build connection) I would be starting with your hosting provider,
maybe there is something in the logs on their side. Seems there is an issue

Andrew: I just got home and checked the site. There are no longer any
missing charts. On my cell phone using Chrome, the site appears as it
always has, the "the bells and whistles" version. However, using Firefox on
both my phone and Desktop and Chrome on the Desktop it shows as the

When I just checked it again it seems to be working correctly and in full

Good point about the time to complete the reports, I will keep that in
mind.
At this stage with 2 years of data my report cycle takes only a few
seconds, but with more data it will eventually become a problem.

As I suspected, it is due to the WMR300 console behaving as if it has not
seen the heartbeat packets and so stops transmitting. The code then is
stuck forever in genLooopPackets waiting for the next packet, which never
