The current Firmware version is printed in log file every time weewx is
started - look for "Communication established" and then is shows
'Station_model' : 'A004'

When I checked the console it seemed all right. These problems only happen
to me since version 3.8.2 and since I tried Belchertown extension.

The system was completely crashed after the upgrade to 18.04...
Doing a "do-release-upgrade" on an arm platform wasn't a good idea!
After reinstalling an rpi-pi 16.04 ubuntu image everything works like a
charm, my station is back online again!
Fixing the operating system did the job.
