My vote is for WeatherFlow... great price/performance and NO moving parts.

There are plenty of free WX services out-there that you can upload your WX
data. But WeatherCloud is your WeeWX friend, and would send you an
"offline" email notification if not receiving data for quite some time.
Just this simple feature, "saved me" many times already.

My WeeWx is working perfectly on the ramdisk. This should keep my SD card
healthy.
Now I'm going to copy & backup the card before I screw it up.
