Finally got a few minutes to upgrade, still using Python 2.7 and Debian 9
but it went smoothly almost.
Must have missed comments that maxSolrRad is now maxSolarRad
Would have only taken 5 minutes if I'd seen that first

I don't think I explained myself clearly, weewx appeared to be showing the
correct data, ie null or nothing, the default html pages showed NA for all
outside readings when I suspect the ISS was down due to the battery

The battery in my Davis is dying and yes the quick fix would be to change
it but it's up on the roof which is currently covered in snow and ice so

Just a follow up, moved my wview database over (700K records, took 659
seconds to convert) and now have a Testtags.php file being generated and
uploaded!
