Does anyone know how to fix this error? I'm using forecast version 3.4.0rc1

It was working and stopped.
tide -l "site name" works from the console (with site name replaced by the
lancet.mit.edu times out when I try to download the most recent version of
weewx-forecast.
Is there another source? Does anyone have a copy stored elsewhere?
