My rain gauge is broken and I want to enter the manually measured rainfall
in Weewx.
I want that the Weewx database have proper rainfall values.
Is there a possibility to enter the amount of rain manually?

I really do not see how you can 'convert' snowfall to rainfall - surely
they are different things. Thomas's heated rain gauge does indeed sound
like a slightly better way to go.
