However, the upload to wetter.com may have failed because you have an
older version of the wetter extension. This error was fixed in V0.7. Try
upgrading your copy of the extension.

I see 2 errors that seem independent to me:
- Upload to wetter.com fails
- AerisWeather data could not be downloaded
I would start checking the account at both those services.
