main packet loop@ appearing in the log? The first reports should be 5
minutes after starting main loop. Between the start of weewx and start
main loop fousb will be retrieving the historical records from the logger -

Starting weewx without ever stopping it, runs the reports for the first
time about five minutes after it starts, and every five minutes thereof.
Starting/stopping weewx every thirty minutes (letting it run for 7 minutes)
does not run the reports. Ever!

logs if there were errors.
