[weewx-user] Time/date display format on weewx pages

Can someone point me to how I can alter the time/date display on the top of each page? Mine currently displays in US format (as per attached image) and I would prefer the dd/mm/ & 24 hour format. I'm running on an RPi3 and VP2; is that format inherited from the VP2 or the Pi. My weewx setup
