Good points. We should work the aggregation interval into the title. Any volunteers? It's just HTML and Javascript! -tk On Wed, May 20, 2020 at 12:44 PM Bob Atchley wrote: > Hi Tom, > > As a relatively new user of weewx I have to say I'm completely with Joe on > this, and was on the point of m

Hi Tom, As a relatively new user of weewx I have to say I'm completely with Joe on this, and was on the point of making a similar comment. I'm not saying the graphs are wrong if you know what they are telling you, but they are very wrong if you make reasonable (but incorrect) assumptions about

Well, you can switch off the aggregation, but then you are plotting potentially tens of thousands of points --- the graph would probably look like a seasonally undulating black blur. I don't know what you mean by "graph list," but if you mean the set of graphs included in the Seasons skin then, no

I was not aware the graphs were averaging. I thought it showed actual temps in the graph. I noticed in my graph list that it does not show the HIGH and LOW temp graphs in the skin I am using. I need to figure out how to include that graph as well. I will check the customizing guide and see wha

Remember, for year plots, the plots are *aggregates.* The default is to average over 24 hours, so it will smear out the highs and lows. If you want to see the real highs and lows, take a look in the Customizing Guide, section *Including a type more than once in a plot

Can you double check if the graphs are accurately reflecting what's in the database? Pick a couple of database records from last summer and check on the temp readings. You want to use a database tool like DB Browser to review the data. Timestamps are in Unix Epochs and you'll likely need something

I'm having trouble with graphs I believe and I'm not sure why. Maybe it is my configuration. https://wx-data.site/satx/ If I click the YEAR tab, I'm seeing last June July August with much lower temps, under 90F than were actually recorded by the weather station. If you go to August 2019, it cl
