Follow-up Comment #6, bug #21156 (project wesnoth): I think I misread what this bug report was about. There is a different and very visible flicker which occurs in 1.11.X - 1.12.1 after loading any mp campaign. For instance, start LoW in a networked setting. The in-game UI will flash 5 or 6 times
