Follow-up Comment #1, bug #23670 (project wesnoth): After several times experiencing bug, it becomed suddenly solved. I suspect it could be due to me opening by first time "Preferences" menu option and closing after made a change. ___ Reply

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #23670 (project wesnoth): After more test, it looks like bug can always be reproduced with these steps - Launch BfW - Select Language option and set a new one - Inmediatly select exit option - Lauch BfW again (Language change is not preserved) __
