As of about three hours ago, trunk builds and runs with MSCV6 underr
Windows, but initialization is *r*e*a*l*l*y* *s*l*o*w*.  Lossage in
the MSCV6 std::string implementation is suspected.  The last test
build with mngw didn't exhibit this problem.

I was able to reproduce the triple repetition of terrain groups in the
editor, and found a clean fix for it in get_files__in_dir().  

Worst bug I currently know of is a glitch in the initialization of
SotBE::Saving_Inarix.  Scenario still playable, campaign still
winnable, but Inarix himself doesn't appear.  I've sent Taurus a
heads-up.
