Uganda National Mosque. The plan and foundation were laid by Al Hajji Idi Amin. He is also behind the plan for the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU). Plus he is the person who founded the Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) as the central authority on Muslim affairs, and overseeing all the Mosques in the country.
