Coups: Government "Bufere" (conmanship) Rears Their Ugly Head. The Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs, self-confessed Luweero war criminal Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafire (he is actually ugly), didn't include re-instating term limits in the Constitutional Amendmendments bill 2015. He arbitrarily dismissed all the proposals made by the people of Uganda yet he had spent millions of tax-payers money advertising that the same people submit their proposals. He had even extended the period for submission of proposals last year so as to receive more. Then he throws them all out? You say a coup is with gunfire? This is a COUP... a coup against the peoples sovereignity.
