For the 5th time in it's 10 year existence, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation announces no winner for this years African Leadership Prize. They might have to wait until I am elected President of Uganda because I would definitely compete for it then. Meanwhile I also announce no winner in Uganda's Feb 18th polls.
