I don't know how I was subscribed -- on to them -- I know many on both kobokonet and WNNet who are interested in discussing politics would feel very at home for the IGP Kale Kayihura, Salim Saleh, Muhoozi including ministers, state house operatives etc are on these fora. The IGP personally responds to any emails/ queries directed at him (see sample exchanges below).

He can do better even within the corrupt system Uganda is.
