wget problem

cfm.org is the actual file sitting on the main server. They both are different. Also it is converting welcome.cfm (DirectoryIndex) files to index.html on the mirror server. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. It's very urgent. Thanks, Rajesh. Unix System Administrator State
