I use the windows version of wget 1.9.1. A http request with '\' will not
convert to '/' like Internet Explorer does.
If I download a recursive URL with contains '\' like http://www.abc.com/def\ghi,
the '\' will convert to %5C and on the local directory it creates a folder
def%5Cghi instead
