Are german File Dates a Problem???

Hi all,


I am using wget on Windows XP with cygwin.

Does anyone have any suggestions or hints???
Or do you need more information?

Log file and listing are attached.

I am quite new to wget and got stuck retrieving data with some errors I don't understand. To me it seems, that wget has problems when the file dates in the .listing are with german month.
