we should do what tapestry 5 and tomcat 6 are doing
instead of releasing 1.3.0-beta we should already be on 1.3.5
then at some point we simply document that 1.3.14 is the first
stable/production-worthy release
maybe this weekend i will release 1.4-pre-alpha, erm i mean wicket-1.4.3
