Shortly after replying to your email I saw your reply to my post on JavaRanch.
I think I already addressed most of your concerns. While adding
your suggestions, I realized what you just said here, I'm not showing
the class that extends WebApplication.

1. You don't show the web.xml
2. You don't have a class that extends WebApplication that sets the home page.
