If someone has a previous Intel ifort compiler you can put it into your
computer. In my computer it is in /opt/intel
so you copy into the new computer and it will work.

You are correct, there are no longer free non-commercial licenses for
Intel's ifort, because too many people were not adhering to the
non-commercial licensing terms [
